How can you give your products away for free?
We had grossly over estimated the amount of products we were gong to sell this year. The reason for this was the downturn in the economy so our customers placed smaller orders than usual.

Why do I have to pay for the shipping and handling?
We are already taking a big loss on the products by giving them away for free. We can not afford to pay for the cost of the shipping and the staff handling your orders in addition to the FREE products. Shipping is not free to us, which includes insurance and delivery conformation receipts. Neither are the shipping materials and our valued employees who pull, fill, pack and ship your order. However, we have heavily discounted our regular rates to the bare minimum. Please see our shipping page for more information.

What is the catch?
There is no catch! All products are absolutely and 100% free.

Can I pick up my orders directly?
No. We are working out of a secure warehouse and we do not retail our products. We are not a retailer and we do not have the additional retail staff, showrooms, parking etc to deal with the general public which is why our regular prices are extremely low. This is how we pass the savings on to you.

Are your products guaranteed?
Yes. We have a 30 days money back guarantee on every items. However with these free items we can only replace them if we have them in stock, because we are not buying additional stock. If we do not have any in stock you could replace it with any other items in stock. Just return the item and we will replace it for free. All you would have to pay for is the shipping and handling.

I do not have a credit card. Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes. Please enclose a check or money order with your order. No cash please!

Can I have my order sent overseas?
Yes, please inquire about our international shipping rates!

Is the Jewelry made from real Sterling Silver?
From time to time we are able to list real Sterling silver jewelry but our items/stock changes almost on a daily basis. In most cases it is high quality stainless steel which is very generously silver plated. Most jewelry sold today has as low as 8 microns of plating where most of ours is 13 microns+ with high grade cubic zirconia's or other precious stones. In all cases they have been hand selected for quality and craftsmanship.
